Default introducing myself and my knowledge

im sure many of seen posts by me, and im here to help people out!

i have researched nutrition and fitness to great lengths. every day i read new and interesting articles and things alike.

everything i say is backed by science and tests. not only this, but i consult my friend who has 8+ years schooling in: biology degree..classes in biochemistry, molecular biology, and a course in advanced nutritional biochemistry and implications for disease. masters in neuroscience

everything i say i follow myself. wheather its weight training, cardio, type of foods etc.

im your guy for the most up to date information on health and fitness.

the only field about fitness i do not know much about are steroids. all i know is i would never use such things, as the side effects are demeaning
