Default Hi Ladies!

Hi ladies. I just joined this site and I am excited about having other women to bounce questions off of. Although my boyfriend
(who also uses this site) is very supportive, I think it will be helpful to get a womans view on health and excersise.

My name is Erin and I am 23. I have been athletic for most of my life and then, like many, I found myself gaining weight due to my career and lack of routine workouts. After gaining almost 30 pounds (yikes) I decided it was enough. I have been working out on a regular basis for about three weeks and eating a pretty strict diet as well. I started to follow John's forums and realized what a really good motivator it was to see that other people are going through similar lifestyle changes.

I wish you all good luck with your goals!

Hi Erin...

Good to meet you. I too love to stay in touch with other gals and get different perspectives and support...it really helps motivate me. I've gone from 32% body fat down to about 21% over the past 6 mos. I feeling pretty darn good too. Good luck to you with your goals!

Danielle
