Default What kind of cardio?

I lift 4 days a week and am done within 30 mins. I want to do cardio straight after I lift. Just don't know what to do. I mean I like the rowing machine, treadmil, bike etc, I just don't know how long I should be doing the cardio for 20mins, 45mins? and should it be intense or moderate? ...assuming I'm doing it after lifting.

You really shouldn't do cardio after you lift, if your schedule permits depending on your goals, it's better to do cardio in the AM, on an empty stomach, and then life six to eight hours afterward.

Having said that, if that doesn't work for you, you should do whatever you feel comfortable with, and do the cardio that you'll DO, rather than pick a way to do cardio that you absolutely dread. Myself, I cycle in the stepmill, stairmaster, and eliptical to keep it interesting.
