Default Military Method...accurate?

Is it accurate for you guys? I only ask this because I want to know if it is as accurate for me. It says I have 19% BF but being 5'11" and 221 lbs this means I should only have...40# of body fat...I mean, I could see that but then I see people who are much taller than me, who weigh less, and have a higher body fat % (but who also do look a little...chubbier? No offense) so I'm just wondering if I have alot of muscle, dense bones, or if the military method is off (just like almost every other method out there...

It's about 10% off for me. The military method has me at 33% or something whereas the other methods have me at 24%. Hell, I don't which is right as long as it keeps going down.

I use it as one of my sources. It's quite accurate (again, within 1%). It is the highest read I get from the three methods I use to get my average body fat percentage.

It's quick, easy, and reasonably effective.
