can anybody tell me if drinking alot of water is good for you or not, i like to drink alot of water all the time, but it is effecting my protein intake, is most of it coming back out in urine?

If you take in more protein then your body can use, you can lose it in urine. Water intake has nothing to do with that. Drinking water is good for you. Read this article on water.

Awesome article. I love drinking water. although I realize that I tend to drink more at night than during the day. I should probably try to reverse that and I'll be able to sleep through the night.
