Here is what is turning out to be my favorite meal of the day, its simple yet yummy.
Basically you grill up a chicken breast(I use forman grill) put 3 Tbsp of fat free sour cream, 2 Tbsp of taco sauce, and a little cut up chives on a whole wheat tortilla shell. Once the chicken is done cut into strips and place it inside. Roll and eat. Its as fancy as i get. I eat everything else right out of the container like an animal.
