Default Creatine Bloat?

From your own experience when taking creatine prior to exercise only, how long does the bloat / water gain last? Do you return to normal overnight?

Like all things - Your mileage may vary. I saw no bloat or fat face, some hve complained about. I think if you are in the group that has some bloat it stays as long as you take it, go aways after you quit, along with some results.

Name a food, someone somewhere will tell you it makes them do all sorts of things. and it is true. While you and I might not see anything they did.

So you are bulking?

Thanks Rtestes...
Ah.. yes.. no.. maybe..can you repeat the question. LOL Actually, my main focus is in fat loss. I am using weight training in an attempt to minimize LBM loss. Down 35 Lbs and 4.5 inches off the old stomach. Whata journey. Thanks again

When I took creatine I had the bloat going on up until the day I stopped taking it. Woke up the next morning and it seemed like it was bloat-b-gone! Crazy. I have not taken it since. I think I am going to wait untill I get the rest of my belly gone, then bulk utilizing creatine and see if there is a difference at that point.
