Smile My next big step!

I think it's nearing a year now that i've found this amazing website, and nearly every single day I've visited this site since. I followed Johns progress, and his amazing story, and listened to everyone elses story or advice. It feels so strange to say hello for the first time to some people who I've followed and learned so much from. It just feels like I already know all of you; But I don't. Over the past year, this community has left a major impact on me. I never knew I would change my life around because of visiting here. I don't know how else to voice my appreciation except by saying thank you.
And so here it is, my next step is finally getting involved. I'm gonna stand up and get serious.
My birthday is the 27th of this month, I'll be 18.
This year i'm gonna show what I can do from what i've learned, and been inspired from by all of you.
Last year I weighed an unhealthy looking 145lbs at 6'1"
I'm now 175lbs at the same height.
I'm placing my goal at 210lbs at 10-12% bf
I owe my past and future determination to you all

Oh and by the way, my names Matt, nice to meet you all

Cool, glad you decided to start posting! I know exactly what you mean, this board has kept me motivated and taken me to a level I've never gotten to before. Sounds like you've already made great progress putting on 30 pounds. Care to take the ultimate leap and post some pics?

Again, congratulations on your success so far, can't wait to hear about your future progress!
