Post Sodium

So I've noticed in a lot of threads (particularly in this forum) that people are recommending processed foods which are very high in sodium.

I found a link which gives good guidelines regarding sodium intake. While we all may not be at the detailed ripping stage the author is (I know I'm not! ) it's good advice.

After learning what the correct range of sodium intake is you'll look at canned/boxed foods in a completely different way -- they're scary!
