How often take ECA stack during the day + when?

Default How often take ECA stack during the day + when?

I'll be using an ECA stack of thermorexin and ephedra HCl. Wondering how often I take these, and in what quantities.

Pre-workout, post, morning, noon, night. whats the deal?

i'm in a cut, obviously.

I have also recently stated taking an ECA stack, I am just now in my first week (day 4) of taking this. I take mine only once a day so far, right after my AM cardio. I want to see how my body reacts to this before upping the dosage and/or frequency.

The ephedra that I have is 25mg per pill, anyone know what products like pre-ephedra ban Stacker and and like had in them as far as mg per dose and/or what the daily recomended dosage was?

Im not really offering advice or suggestions here, as I have many of the same questions as you, I am just taking it slow and seeing how my body reacts.

you should try and make your own stack, buy the edphedra/ephedrine yourself and the caffience. dont waste your money on aspirin though, it does not due what it claims.

for best results you take them before training. i took them before my morning cardio. i never took it more than twice a day. caffiene has a half life of 8hrs.. so if you take it past 1-2 pm.. you may have a hard time sleeping, the later you take it, the worse it will be.

25mg is alot IMO.. i started with 8mg.. i had no real affect from it, than took 16mg and it seemed to work well.

the dosages you guys are playing with are alot. and i would advise buying a bottle with 8mb tabs of HCL.

best results would be before cardio and before weight training on an empty stomach. taking with food, greatly hinders absorption.

Me too, 25mg was way too high for me. I felt horrible at that amount.

ought they be taken togethor or split them up? the caffeine and HCL i mean



also - how empty is an empty stomach? its tough to find an empty stomach eating 6 meals a day, with proper pre and post work out nutrition

I did try taking it before my AM cardio once but during cardio it was IMPOSSIBLE to keep my heart rate under control. I was at 90% of MHR within minutes and it was almost impossible for me to get it down to anything close to 75% of MHR.

The pills I have are 25mg each do you guys think i can break them in half to get an approx 12mg dose?

yes you can.. get a pill cutter, or a very sharp knife of a cutting board..

i found it much easier to get my heart rate to 70%..

take them together, caffiene and ephedrine..

empty stomach would be about 2.5-3hrs after a meal

i think 30 minutes is usually the avg waiting time before eating

I guess im just a freak, I can take 25mg without any real side effects. the only problems I encounter is if I take them too late in the day (6pm or later) i will have problems going to sleep

it hits me within 20 minutes.. lots of water

the thing is, you take it 30 minutes prior to training.. and really you shouldnt eat 30minutes before training.. maybe 2.5hrs before hand

8mg of ephedrine with each cap of thermorexin.

I space these throughout the day. with one dose 45min before workout and one dose 10min prior.

I usually take 5 or 6 caps total throughout the day
