Default Angelina Jolie. Woo what a body, but how the hell?

My sister is entering the last phase of her pregnancy and she's kinda curious if she could transform her bloated body into angelina's through workout. And i said yeah of course.

then she asked how and it hit me. I have no idea how to train for women. Anyone have any tips on the workout routines?

She can train just like you- there is no special formula needed for women

The one difference is for Angelina Jolie, she can afford 24 hour weight loss training and supervision, and doesn't have to go to work everyday.

Not to say one cant get the same results as her. And if you do, you can say you did it without all the rich-person frills

one thing that aggravates me is that i would love to have a body like alot of these celebs, but yes i know that they have personal trainers but how many of these celebs. have surgery after there kids. don't get me wrong i know there is ways to get your body to its pre look. trust me i knew some one whom had her child and walked out the hospital in her size 2 jeans and a stomach that was flat as a board. but i left out she was messed up on drugs (estacy) through the whole pregnancy. a pretty screwed up way to keep that body.(she did not find out till she was 5 months and one week pregnant) my point of all this as a realistic non-celebrity woman, it take a lot of time and most of us can not just jump out of a pregnancy and expect to look like these women. excersize and patient is the key to look like these women.

I agree! Hard work and exercise and dedication. After my wife had our daughter, this is where she was at (5'11", 175 lbs) in February 2000:

While it took months - her most significant changes came after 9 months, and then she steadily worked on it from there, she ended up here in August 2001:

And this is the little angel she brought us 4 years earlier (check out Mom's guns in the picture - yes, I'm a proud Hubby!) - this is September 2003:

Consider genetics.

I know I could never look like Angelina Jolie.

No matter what I do, my thighs could never possibly be that small. I'm just not built that way. And there isn't any way I'd ever come close to having breasts like that unless I get implants.

But, hey, the longer I work out, the better I look, even if it's not like Angelina Jolie.

Holy @(#* at Jeremy's wife's transformation. Forgive me, Jeremy, but I am more impressed with her's than yours even going from that first pic to the swimming pool one.

Genetics will limit a lot of what women can get. Most will never look like pamela anderson, even with surgery. Most can look awesome though, and they don't need a personal trainer or celebrity chef to get it.

I'm convinced that most women can get back to pre-pregnancy shape if they want to. Most don't because they get lazy, or don't have the time, or in many cases simply don't believe that they can. But I'll tell you, when you look at women like demi moore or pamela anderson, yes they've had surgery, but it's not going to shrink a uterus. That either dose or doesn't pop back in, and if it does there is no reason why post-pregnancy appearance has to be any worse. It's not often, but sometimes i see women with children who look fantastic. It can definitely be done! I have to tell myself this, BTW since my wife is due any day But I've every confidence that she can bounce back, and not piling on 50 lbs during pregnancy definitely helps.

My mother has had three children, all now over the age of 21.

She is 5'4" and weighs around 125 lbs. She does cardio at least 4x/wk and lift weights 3x/wk.

She says the funny thing is that before she had her kids she never did weight lifting and she was around 115-120 lbs and a size 6-8. After the kids, though, she decided to start lifting along with her diet and exercise. Now she is 125 and a size 2-4! She is very toned for a woman of almost 50 (will be 49 this year) and she doesn't look a day past 35 (I swear). She has been lifting though, for about 20 years now (still goes MAD over Jane Fonda workouts too).

How to look like those pictures of Angelina Jolie?

1. Develop a virus to splice Jon Voight's DNA into your cells.

2. Take a picture of yourself

3. Upload to computer

4. Rent and watch Midnight Cowbody (optional)

5. Airbrush until unrecognizeable

6. Serve

LOL!! LemonSong you had to point that out! Evil thoughts

As for getting a body like angelina well if you are genetically similar and have all the time and cash she has then yes. Also I know we dont want to hear this but a lot of actors have bucket loads of determination, so with the help of their personal trainers and all their free time they are able to follow workout and nutrition routines that are just plain unrealistic for us. I think everyone should only compete against themselves you will never look like so and so but that doesnt mean you cant look good.

Oh, my Lord, please tell me that one's uterus doesn't pop out and then stay out there, regardless of what she does! Am I being naiive here? Ten years ago, when I had my son by c-section, I had put on an extremely unhealthy amount of weight, mostly due to gestational diabetes. I have been battling it ever since. Now, I've lost weight before, but nothing ever seems to make a difference in my tummy. Is it true that a uterus can just remain out there, making your stomach look big, no matter how much weight you lose? Say it isn't so. I'd hate to get to my goal weight only to have my belly poking out like i was 5 mos. preggers or something.

Don't fret, it's not permanent. However, it's not necessarily just a body fat issue. It'll get smaller as you lose body fat, but if it still protrudes, what you need to do is strengthen the muscles down there. Do some core stability exercises, some Kegels, some stomach vacuums, etc., and you should definitely see progress.
