Question Critique 5 week plan pls

Hey I'm starting a 5 week cutting plan in just over a week and need some clever people to have a look what i'm going to do.

I'm currently 196lbs and about 15% body fat
I wanna drop 10lbs in 5 weeks (or as close as possible) hopefully bringing me down to 10-12% BF

That would mean cutting 7000 cals a week. I worked out my BMR to be 2073 and my actual metabolic rate to be around 3213. I therefore am thinking of cutting to 2213 cals a day spread out over 5 meals of 442 cals eating at a 35 Protein 45 Carbs 20 Fat ratio.

I'm good at picking the right foods having lost a load of weight last year focusing on eating right.

My training plan is focusing on 5 days cardio a week. 2 HIIT sessions (on stepper/rower), 2 60 min gym sessions (stepper/rower/bike) and 1 rugby training session.

I'm then going to do 2 weights sessions a week, 1 back/biceps/triceps/abs and 1 legs/pecs/shoulders/abs. I'm going to lift using the pyramid style.

Is this the best way to shake these 10lbs off?
