Default help with the weight losses....

Hi there!

Used to run 5km 4 times a week + soccer practice! Now since last summer i haven`t been as committed!

Also usually when i go on a diet i tend to not eat much! well almost nothing! Know thats wrong and all, but have any one any good recepies on how to lose 10kg(about 20punds) in a couple of months!!!

When i used to run and diden`T eat that much it worked really great, but i thought i would try something alternative this time!!

That fatloss that john is talking about, how/what did he do it??
i also see he mentions something about gaining mass after the fatloss prog.
I know he`s building muscles, but what kind of training did he do in the fatloss period??

Thanks for bothering reading this

Best thing to do is find what works for you. What works for John, Me, Or the person reading this might not work for you as good. Experiment with what you eat and get back into running, Eat 500 calories less than what you usually do, in healthy food. That's basically the outline to fat loss as far as I know, it's worked for me. I lost 25 Pounds so far from October.
