My Rountine: Tell me what you think
Stats:
Height: 5'11
Weight: 234
Here is my cardio rountine
Setup a 40 yards x 40 yards square...
Warm up:
Stretch for 10 minutes
Jog square twice (320 yards)
3 sets of:
1st Lap:
40 yards High Step @ 85%
40 yards Jog
40 yards Side Step @ 85%
40 yards Sprint
2nd Lap:
40 yards Jog,
40 yards High Step @ 75%
40 yards side step the other way @ 75%
40 yards sprint
(320 x 3 = 960 + 320 = 1280, or .8miles)
Break for 1 minute
After this,
I jog at a decent pace for a mile, with a walk in the middle for 100 yards
Then I walk for about 500yards, 75% for 100 yards, 100% sprint for 50 yards, then walk for another 200 yards
Total Distance: 1280 + 1600 + 850 = 3630, which is about 2.25 miles
What do you think of this a daily rountine?
I want to incorporate weights, but first I want to get my cardio up
My diet is 1900 Calories, 40/40/20
