Default My diet regime and workout

hey all, im 18 year old guy, weight 180, 5 9.

I started out really weak two months ago b/c i dieted so bad. (I weighed 230 when i was 14 and i starved myself to 155 summer of 2003). I couldnt even lift 90 lbs on the bench press. Anyways, things have changed due to my new eating habits and dedication i get from these kind of websites. I now max out around 170 and hopefully can break 200 in 2 months!! Anyways, here is my diet, pls critique.

9:00 1 scoop powder and water
1200, 10 eggs (no yolks), salad, and some turkey
300, 6 oz tuna
600, 10 egg (no yolk), salad, chicke/turkey or whatver campus is serving
1100 2 scoops powder, banana, water

I do weights once every 2 days, and i run HIIT for 8 laps (2 miles) and run up 20 storuies and down 20 stories Hiit style again.

Any suggestions?

HAVE A SOLID MEAL. EXAMPLE: 1/2 CUP OF COOKED OATMEAL WITH WATER AND MIX IT IN WITH PROTEIN POWDER
1200, 10 eggs (no yolks), salad, and some turkey
300, 6 oz tuna
600, 10 egg (no yolk), salad, chicke/turkey or whatver campus is serving
1100 2 scoops powder, banana, water

THE REST SEEMS PRETTY GOOD

To me it doesn't seem like you are eating enough? Maybe cut back on the 10 egg whites, add something else to those meals and add something else to the "just shake" meals.

20 eggs a day?! You're getting the protein for sure, but, wow, that's a lot of eggs! Is that every day? You might want to try different sources of protein, just so you won't get sick of it.

You should consider taking vitamins if you aren't already, and make sure you get enough fibre in your diet.

Also, how much protein is in one scoop?

yeah 20 eggs is a lot, but i really dont notice any taste. Some days ill have a chicken breast. The only prob. is that im at college cafeteria (UCLA) and the eggs are the only consistent source of protein availabe day in and day out. We have tuna, but the mayo is annoying, and then there are chicken, but a lot of the times its breaded, or in pasta.

Speaking of eggs : If I hard-boiled my eggs and then remove the yellow part, it's good right? I don't want the saturated fat that contains the yellow part.

Yeah, ur definitely not eating enough. You should eat or try to eat every 2.5 to 3 hours with a mix of quality MEAT protein and quality Complex Carbs.
