Bought some whey protein, but no scoop.
The whey protein I bought didn't come with a scoop. The directions say mix 1 level scoop with 1/3 cup of water. One scoop, and the serving size, is 23 grams. Is this a tspn, 2 tspn's or what? Thanks a lot.
EDIT: Nevermind, I just had to dig for it. I can't delete the post or I would.

My first whey protein I bought didn't have a scoop. I put my hand in, used a knife, everything. I found out that the scoop was about 1/3 of a cup, so I just used that. Once I got to the bottom, nothing was there, so I was right. I got some more whey protein, and luckily there is a scoop. I can't wait to start using some of it on Monday!

Good idea. I'll make sure to measure the serving size in case I ever get one without a scoop.
Sometimes it helps to turn the tub upside down and shake it up and down a few times. Just don't open it right away because the powder tends to float out.

Or you could just save the scoop! Just a thought.

Mine was half way through the tub. Whey protein, chocolate. I dug into it with a spoon and felt something odd, dig it out and a scoop was inside.

I always keep the scoop from the previous tub of protein just so I don't have to dig.

Ya when I first bought my 5 lb tub of whey I thought I missed out on a scoop too. After using a measuring cup for a week, I found the scoop buried toward the bottom of the pail. DOH!! Most of the time they can be found toward the bottom of the container and hidden unless you poke around.
