Default Has anyone ever tried...

hey I'm just wondering if anyone here has tried any of the Rivalus products? I only just recently started trying supplements and I'm not sure if I like it... Are you supposed to feel a bit different after taking stuff? I wasn't expecting to feel the way I do. Is this because of the supplements I'm using or because I'm new to using supplements in general? I figured they would be a good company to go with since they are said to be compliant with WADA but now I'm as confused as ever...

What are the ingredients in the supplement you are using?

If by "a bit different" you mean some tingling or itching of the skin, that's a normal and very common reaction to beta alanine.
