Hi there,

I have the same gym your talking about but can't hep u in regards to to the the 55 exercises that you can perform. Just don't see how, but I have another question for u that u might be able to help me. For some reason the stack of 12 weights does not indicate how much I'm lifting, I was wondering if yours shows it and if u would be able to tell me what each weight from the top to the bottom is worth. If I find the place where we can get obtain the exercise book from I will msg u back asap.

Thanks,

The top weight is 30 lbs, the bottom weight is 140 lbs and they increase by increments of 10 lbs. Did anyone ever find the book? We bought one second hand as well, and certainly haven't figured out 55 exercises that you can use it for!

I happen to have one of those in my basement gym. Got a really good deal on it from the classifieds. I went on-line to York ( might have been U.K.) and got:- schematic for parts and assembly, exercise printout. the ex printout they have for the 2002 and later but its virtually the same as a 2001. A lot of the ex's they show are kind of "hokey". The reason I bought one was for the lat-pulldown and hamstring curl. Max-weight on this one is 140lbs for a lat-pulldown and about 150 to 160 for the bench because you have to add the weight of the push-up bar. Plate are marked in 10lb increments starting at 30lbs with what looks like metal-foil press on stickers. I wouldn't want to use this rig exclusively for a workout. It's more of an accessory for me. Pretty sure I went to York U.K.

All I could find for this product is the assembly instructions: http://www.yorkfitness.com/instructi...structions.pdf

They include some general notes on how to exercise (pro tip: warm up first) but not the actual moves the machine has.
