Default Hey, how are ya guys?

My names Mike, I'm 23 years old, semi-active, 5'9 and around 220-230lbs, although if anywhere shows, it's my stomach area (Otherwise just stocky)

Been a Diabetic since I was 10 and currently am working at AMC theaters as an Usher, that being my main source of exercise, although when I use to work out, while I never really benched, on the smith machine my max was 210, back exercises were similar and leg press, I could do 650lbs.

Figured that if I'm always researching about cars and everything about them, might as well get into fitness since while I'm fine, I can do alot better. Use to work for UPS as a Driver Helper, walking around a gated community around Thanksgiving/Xmas and build up Stamina, hence I'm able to do an Hr non-stop of the Elliptical (Max Incline, 5/6 resistance).

What I'm looking to do is find a way to get results from my workouts, lose weight but maintain muscle mass, wanna drop from the 220-30 range (Fluctuates within the range) to around 190ish and shrink or reduce my stomach so it's not a gut but flat (And down the line, Abs).

Anyway, glad to be here and hope to learn alot while becoming a regular, thank you for reading and replying
