I've been thinking you qualified as a TSM for a long time - glad you're getting the spot light this month
I'll second the "awesome legs" comment... all that squatting?

Classic! I can appreciate the sentiment, too, but I'll say this... going from what I used to eat to eating clean changes the things that come out of you, if you know what I mean. That thought makes it a bit easier to keep from backsliding.

Thanks, Bob! I really appreciate that. I think we joined at pretty much the same time, too. You were one of the first people that I felt like I could relate to.

Thanks, lady! No. Not the squats... it was twinkies, but don't tell anybody my secret.

YES!!!!!!! Thanks Terry for sharing your story and thanks John for recognizing this man. Terry is a model of what can be done if you stick to something and give it all you've got. Anyone that has ever read his journals can tell you that he is dedicated to results and does not let bad days or stretches of days derail him. More importantly, Terry delivers it all with a great sense of humor.
Great job! Well deserved accolades. Keep it up man!

Maybe "bad" is the wrong word to use since you adjust on the fly so well. I should've said "days where life gets in the way and the training gets missed or diet goes south of perfect"
Better?

Yeah, that's better. Nothing is categorically bad. There are just days that are a bit mre challenging in the way of adaptability. Those days require a course correction and continued movement and forward progress no matter how minimal.

Maintain, nothin'. I'm still about 5 or 10 pounds away from my original goal. Then I've got a few new goals lined up.
In any event... thanks for the support, man!
