Stats: 10/4/13 - I'm back! 206.2. 90 day goal of 35 lbs by 11/22 (188.8). Overall 60 lbs by May 1. (163.8) And away I go...

Rise Against - give it all
Linkin Park - Given Up
Atreyu - Becoming the Bull
Slipknot - Duality, Before I Forget
Eminem - What I Am, Soldier
A Day To Remember - the plot to bomb the panhandle, the downfall of us all
Anything by Pantera or Lamb Of God

Depends on what gets you fired up. I like fast beats and hard music. The Rise Against and Linkin Park songs are not as hard, but they are songs that spark up some new energy when I am lifting and they come on the ipod.

Since discovering Trance it's basically all I listen to when working out (or at work, I love this stuff). www.trancearoundtheworld.com is a good starting place, has a podcast you can put on your device.

or http://www.myonandshane54.com/ click the "Radio" link at bottom, they have a weekly show you can download as MP3.

To sum things up, for a cardio choose trance.
For weightlifting everything metal and rap. Works for me.

I cant see anyone working out to country or acid jazz or folk or german angst pop.
