Anyone Have a Good Mongolian or Korean Beef Recipe?
For some very odd reason, I thought today that this could be a good, reasonably simple and able-to-easily-be-made-to-fit-my-macros dish. Looking around online, the recipes for the two look very similar, generally with less sugar and a significant time marinating for the Korean version.
Does anyone have a recipe they've tried and liked, or should I go 'xperimenting?
