Anyone Have a Good Mongolian or Korean Beef Recipe?

For some very odd reason, I thought today that this could be a good, reasonably simple and able-to-easily-be-made-to-fit-my-macros dish. Looking around online, the recipes for the two look very similar, generally with less sugar and a significant time marinating for the Korean version.

Does anyone have a recipe they've tried and liked, or should I go 'xperimenting?

Korean BBQ {aka Kalbi}

marinate some beef (i like flank steak)

grill it
slice it

get a piece of romaine lettuce - use it like a taco or a cup - top it with rice - a piece of the grilled beef - a slice of raw garlic - and some srirachi sauce


marinade:
soy sauce
ginger root (chopped fine)
garlic powder
srirachi sauce
honey
chopped green onions


not sure how to make it healthy

mongolian bbq (stir fry)

marinate some sliced chicken breast or meat of your preference in:

soy sauce
ginger root chopped fine
garlic powder
rice wine vinegar


chop up veggies of your choice {always fresh veggies}

get a wok nice and hot -- put some sesame oil in it -- grill your meat in the wok -- add veggies of your choice
