What do you mean by "good"? Your question is too vague. Have you established a daily target for each macro nutrient? How much chicken, bread, mayo are you speaking of? Do the amounts fit into your target numbers? Or are you just just eyeballing and doing a crap shoot with consumption without doing any tracking? Have you read the beginner stickies, particularly concerning nutrition?

one chicken breast.

i have looked yeah, they fit in but i wasnt sure if wraps were bad for you.

i have not yet got such a strict regime. maybe i need it.

i tend to eat similar things each day.

branflakes am

tin of tuna and hard boiled egg 2/3 hours later

same again 2/3hours later with some salad.

then chicken with veg or salad with egg and sweet pots.

then fruit and natural yoghurt later

x

Again.... I am unsure of what you mean by "bad". If the bread fits into your macro's, it's fine.

Take some time to read the nutrition stickies. It'll help a lot.

Get some protein in your first meal of the day.
