Default Nutrition / Macros Question

I am new to this and wanted to know if I figured out my macro / calorie needs correctly. Let me give you a background.

I am 34 years old, 6'4", currently 240lbs (overweight), desk job. My goals are to get lean / lose the fat and put on as much muscle as I can.

I looked at the stickies and at online calorie calculators. I have an app for my iPhone to track calories called "Tap&Track"

Anyhow, the following website is what I based this off of: johnberardi.com/articles/nutrition/complete.htm

The app says I am 29.4% body fat.

LBM = 240 * .71 = 170.4

Calories Needed Per Day = 170.4 * 12 = 2044.8

Fat = 2044.8 = .25 = 511.2 / 9 = 56.8g

Protein = 170.4 * 1.25 = 213g

Carbs = 2044.8 - 511.2 - 852 = 681.6 / 4 = 170.4g

So from this, I need to consume 2044.8 Calories, 213g of protein, 56.8g of fat, and 170.4g of carbs.

Does this seem right for my stats and my goals? Should I make any adjustments? Does this seem inaccurate? Any advice would be very appreciated.
