Default Looking to transform myself

Hello all. I'd like to introduce myself. My name is Chris. I'm looking to transform my life. I signed up for these forums some time ago and tried this once before. In my last year of college, I decided I was going to try and better my life. I started exercising every day and doing some weight lifting. I ate better and avoided a lot of my vices (drinking, eating fast food, late night snacks). While doing this, I had lost 70 pounds over the course of 8 months or so. I felt great.

Then college ended. I moved back home with my parents, whom don't exactly have the healthiest of diets. I started a job. With this, I started exercising less. I started eating out again. This continued when I moved out on my own. A mere three years later, I had gained back ever bit of that 70 pounds, plus an addition 30 (100 total). Now I feel the worst I've felt my entire life.

So now I've decided to get back at it. I've joined a gym and have an appointment with a trainer. I'm looking forward to this, as I want to lose the 100 pounds I gained after college plus an additional 30 pounds. But more importantly I want to keep it off. I feel like this site has a great support base, and after seeing John's transformation, it's inspiring. I'm sure most people here now are doing the body building thing, but I'm sure there are some who have been in my position before.

So a little bit of a bio:
Name: Chris
Age: 27
Height: 6'4"
Weight: 350 lbs.
Target: 220-230 lbs.

Thank you for this website, and a section for introductions. I'm sure I will be able to find the information needed to get me toward my goal of becoming healthier and more confident in myself.
