If that's a legit paused 220, I wouldn't worry about it. Teens tend to have better deadlifts proportionate to bench, the numbers catch up with time. If your squat has good depth and is somewhere mid-300s, you're on track. Just keep lifting. You don't need fast gains, you just need steady gains. If you're sub-200, or sub-180s, all you need to do is lift and eat and you're already ahead of 90% of the mullets out there.

Yeah it's a legit paused 220, all the way down, touch the chest (without bouncing the bar off of it), and back up. and yeah i hope it will catch up in time. And thanks man!! I'll keep training hard!!

The 5/3/1 program George recommended in your other thread with also work with bench.

Man your stupid strong for 15, keep lifting like this and your going to be a fucking monster by the time you hit 20.
Do you have any plans on competing in power lifting competitions?

Thanks man!! And yeah, I've thought about it, I was just never sure how I would do because I've always been lifting for myself, and then one day I was watching a powerlifting episode on tv, big guys deadliting like 800lbs and stuff, I really got inspired and I've been working more on strength over size!

From what I hear powerlifting isn't about winning a trophy, its about getting out there and lifting heavy shit. Every time I see a video of a powerlifting making a lift then getting all excited and jumping around its not because they won, its because they just set a new personal record. Then everyone else cheers and congratulates them, because setting a new PR is winning.

But for what its worth, if your moving these numbers at such a young age I think you would do quite well.
