Default 3rd Time's the charm.

Title says it. This will be the third time in about 5 years that I've been serious about dumping the fat. 1st time around, I found John's old site. I lost about 20lbs the first time around. Last year I lost 35. It's only gotten better each time.

This time it's all coming off! I joined a gym instead of doing it at the house. Hopefully paying for a gym will keep me motivated. I've been at it for about 2 weeks now, and I know I have a long road ahead, but I feel fantastic after each workout.

Just wanted to say hello and thanks in advance for the motivation and info I've gotten from John before and hope to complete the task this time!

11/03/08: 261 lbs ~27%BF
