I overslept by an hour this morning. These workouts are very taxing. I think I'm going to sleep the entire weekend.

Damn dude, my mouth started watering the second I saw that picture this morning. Those red potatoes look badass!

They really are good... and I get to have them again at meal #5!
I think I'm going to take pictures of all six of my meals today.*

You should! It's great to see how clean foods like these can look so delicious and often times more appealing than junk food garbage. I think a lot of people would appreciate being able to see it for their own eyes.

MEAL #4, PWO #1 (45g AtLarge Nitrean + 1 cup water, 94.5g AtLarge RESULTS + 15g bulk EAA powder):
The EAA powder doesn't mix well, and that's what you see floating on top of the RESULTS. I actually don't mind the taste of the EAA powder at all. It's sort of bitter, and reminds me of hydrolyzed whey protein, which I actually grew to enjoy back when I used it.
Excellent workout, BTW.

I'll add to that: it's only been taking about 20 minutes to cook them in the toaster oven because I've been cutting the potatoes a little smaller (into 8ths instead of 4ths). Also, I've been sprinkling some garlic powder on them, and when they are done cooking I sometimes throw a little parsley over them.

Hi everyone.
I decided to make this morning's update a complete tour of my bulking diet along with information on how I prepare each meal. It can be found here. I hope it's useful to some.

I tried those roasted potatoes a few weeks back, and they were good! But either I didn't cut them small enough, didn't cook them long enough (I did 25 mins), or my toaster sucks balls cause they didn't cook all the way through and didn't brown up nice like yours.
I'll keep trying. Do you have a nice toaster oven John, mine just a cheapo job.

I'm very happy with my toaster oven. It's the Cuisinart TOB-175BC Convection Toaster Oven. It's nice and big, and being a convection oven it cooks food very evenly. Well worth the price, especially considering that I use it way more than my main oven!
Try cutting your potatoes smaller and cooking them a little longer. Also, make sure to hit them with the PAM. With some trial and error you should get good results in any oven.
