Question shredded wheat?

I see lots of people here are big on oatmeal. I personally can't stand the stuff. I am currently eating 40g of GNC mega whey, 1 cup of shredded wheat, and 1/2 cup skim milk as my breakfast meal. Is there any reason that there isn't much discussion on shredded wheat or am I just not in the majority for preferring it to oatmeal.

IMO shredded wheat is great post workout meal. I eat it with skim milk, a tbsp of vanilla protein powder, and some honey. This is my favorite meal of the day.
