Default can't get something going, but I will try to change

I still haven't been able to get a streak going. I start off the day perfect but then at night I just say screw it and order out. Last time I looked in the mirror at my huge belly and found it discouraging so I folded. Other times I'm just very hungry. So what I will do is plan to eat the first week up to 2500-3000 calories per day of healthy foods and then go from there. Today I made about 3,500 calories but I didn't overeat or anything. I think the key to doing this is to plan what I am going to eat everyday and get into the habit of drinking lots of water. So I am taking an alternate approach than just suddenly going all out. I won't lose 50 lbs in one month but maybe by the end of December I can lose 20-25 pounds and look how I did last spring.
