Default latest progress pic's

whats up guys/gals? I've been pretty loyal to my diet/workouts so I was just seeing what you guys think and if I'm on the right track. I can definately see progress...its just the scales not moving..haha. I should also mention that I do not count cals, I've just been eating as much protein and as little carbs as I can. I started out wanting to get down to 160 from 185! and then bulk up...got down to 160 and wasn't pleased with my mass and still looked chunky, but I decided to lift heavier and run less. The first is a pic of my fat a$$ back in december, and second is start of my cut back at the beginning of july. So I'm about 2 months in and wondering if I should keep doing what I'm doing, or start to cut a bit again. I would really like a visable 6 , but I'm not sure if their under there yet..haha. Anyway, let me know what you guys think. I'm at 164 right now 5'9.
