Default My revamped diet

Ok, I've been reading around and using some information from some very helpful users. I've revamped my diet to ensure I'm getting proper nutrition and calories. If you could, take a look at what I have now and let me know if I'm in the right area or if things still need to be modified a bit.

8:00AM - Wake up
8:30AM - 2 scoops Muscletech Nitrotech protein
9:00AM - Train
10:30 - 1 whole egg
6 egg whites
1 cup oatmeal
banana
12:00PM - Small can of tuna
banana
2:00PM - 6-8 oz. chicken breast
1 cup broccoli
5:00PM - 2 oz. peanuts
8:00PM - 6-8 oz. chicken breast
1 cup broccoli
10:00PM - 2 scoops Muscletech Nitrotech protein
1 tbsp. peanut butter
11:00PM - Bed

2358 Calories

I also decided to move my training to the morning. That way any carbohydrate I take in during the morning will quickly be negated. I was also thinking of changing my routine to Mon., Tue., Thur., Fri. and taking the other days as rest days.

Quick summary of my stats.
6' 1", 185 lbs.
Good muscle base built up from 3 months of 5 day training
Only a little extra fat I'm trying to get rid of.

Any advice would be great, thanks.
