Default Please critique ASAP!!!

Sorry for using ASAP on title but I need some critiques ASAP. This fat loss plan is not for me (I'm currently bulking), but for my mom. She is overweight. She is, I think around 5ft5in or 5ft6in. She weighs 160lbs. She works as cashier in family owned grocery store so she doesn't get a lot of activity. She does however, stand all day so I guess it's better than sitting all day on the couch. This is a new year and she told me she wanted to lose weight, after watching me work out, eat right, and change my body little by little. So far, I planned this out. 2000 calories a day, spread out by 6 meals. The macros will be 40/40/20. I kept the carbs a bit higher than I do because she is a newbie and I would like to be able to manipulate her nutrition more freely if she ever plateaus. Her training will be 3x a week full body weights, and 3x a week 30min fasted LISS cardio. Her training will change if she plateaus too. Here is the eating plan. Macros are as (c/p/f)
Weight Lifting Days:
Meal 1: Spinach and Egg Omelete (16/47/12)
Post workout: Dextrose and Nitrean (50/24/1)
Meal 3: Oatmeal, Egg Whites (54/28/7)
Meal 4: Banana, Skim Milk (59/20/1)
Meal 5: Spinach, Chicken Breast, Fish Oil Caps (7/43/11)
Before Bed: Tuna, Mayonnaise (0/33/24)
Calories are approximately 2050.
Nonworkout days (cardio) will be similar except that she will have most of her carbs early. Any suggestions??? I really want her to succeed and this is what I came up with.
