Default Eating Right Food and Intake of Calories

Ok so I started to do a day by day account of what I am eating and I see that 2900RDA is the daily amount that you need to keep your weight. I weigh around 190 and want to get to 170 in 7 weeks. I am gonna cut back on soda's and sweets and replace with fruit and stuff. Anywho, I want to only take in 1500, as to taking in around 3500 calories a day. I will be running everyday and about a 30 minute workout. Is my calorie intake to low? Need some help on how to figure out if I am doing this right. Want to look great from my wedding in the summer.

Aaron
