This little dragonfly is very trusting! He landed on my shoulder while I was out back with the dogs and just sat there. I put my hand out and tried to get him to crawl on to it, but he flew off into one of my gardens. I went inside, grabbed my camera and found him again. He let me get right up on him with the camera and posed for some macro shots. Here are a couple of the pictures...

I really like those pics! That dragonfly is cool, and the coloring is much different than the ones around here.

I have always had a fascination with dragonflies and helicopters...I guess probably because they look so cool and actually alot alike now that I thought about it.

What an unbelievable back workout tonight! Even though I'm still on my cutting diet, I switched to my bulking split this week so my biceps and triceps are fresh for Friday's workout (the first day of my bulk). Because tonight was a back-only workout, I was able to give 100% and didn't need to "save" anything for my biceps. I added at least 5 pounds to all exercises, did the same or more reps as last week, and added 10 more pounds to my deads. Great workout.

Because I didn't work my biceps directly tonight, they are not pumped in this picture, but I wanted to go ahead and get a "before" picture of my back posted so I can compare my "pre-bulk back" to my "post-bulk back" in a few months. I'm going to be looking to make some big gains in the coming weeks!

That dragonfly looks awesome, and I think dragonfly has to be one of the coolest names for an insect, ever. I just wanted to pop in and wish you guys in Florida good luck in the coming weeks, especially John & Fast...

I have come back to JSF, yea, everyone’s making great progress, well done to all. John, dude you’re an inspiration, like many others here (its why I have come back to this forum, I need a kick in the behind)
