majority of the time Needle is used.
Only a few are pill form (anavar) and some others you have the options of drinking them (winnie, clen)
oral ones are rreeeaaallllyy hard on the kidneys. Thats why most people rather shoot it.

I watched the first half of this earlier today and if you listen closely the guy trying to be a fitness model actually says his test level was low and his doctor was ready to prescribe testostrone to him. He never says whether what he's taking is the presciption or not.
The other two are just idiots.....
Sorry to hijack your thread John - looking huge-er than eva'! Also glad to hear the back is behaving itself. :>

I watched it this morning. All of them were stupid. The first guy (the model) said that he passed his genetic limit (yea right) so he decided to juice. All he had was arms and a chest. Everything else lagged tremendously. His back was crap. I can name a ton of members of this board who are natural and look a ton better. The fighter could have won that fight without juicing. The gay guy obviously knows nothing about nutrition or bodybuilding and thought that if he just goes to the gym and juices that he would get great gains. What makes it even worse is that non of them knew ANYTHING about PCT. The gay guy complained that he lost everything he gained when he stopped juicing. No shit. The nutritionalist who was shooting gear into the model's ass doesn't know what PCT is either.
Those guys will come down with something quite soon since neither took any precautions what so ever. If you're gonna do something so stupid, might as well take a long ass time researching it before doing irreversable damage to your body. Idiots.

Thanks again for all the comments and support. It means a lot to me.
Jim, the CoC grippers are excellent! I can now close the #1 for reps, and will be ordering the #2 soon. When I first started using the Trainer gripper, it was hard to close for reps, but now it feels pretty easy. They've definitely made a big difference in my crushing grip strength so far. I usually work my grip twice per week.
corbint, thanks for posting the link! I'm even more excited that you actually posted at all! Did you miss the recent thread in "Off-Topic" about you and the apparent re-emergence of "gettingripped?"

I hear orals are also pretty hard on the liver as well. But yeah, the gay guy's gains were not impressive at all -- Just goes to show that steroids without any knowledge of nutrition and training won't get you very far. He would have done much better on a traditional bulking diet and a decent routine than he did with his haphazard use of steroids.

one question for John about his tan..
do you actually go outside and tan or do you go into a tanning booth? or are you using airbrush?

Tonight was delts and traps night - and the second-to-last delts/traps workout of my bulk. It was an excellent workout. I'm especially pleased because my back is feeling MUCH better. In fact, I was able to deadlift the 2x100 dumbbells with no problem for my burnout shrugs. I'm weeks away (minimum) from being able to do barbell deads using my regular weight, but tonight was an encouraging step in the right direction!
I'm pleased with the progress I made to my delts and traps this bulk, but I've still got a lot of work to do in the coming months (and next year when I bulk again).
Nothing seems to bring out my upper-body vascularity more than a good delts workout. Here's a post-workout shot that emphasizes my delts and traps, followed by a picture of how I looked one year ago just after my bulk. It's not the same pose, but it's the closest I could find.

Nothing yet. I've pretty much been wearing nothing but loose-fitting shirts and shorts for the past two months. After I cut for a bit, I'll feel comfortable buying some new stuff. None of my pants fit my anymore except a couple pair of "bulking" jeans, and all my dress shirts and suits are hopeless.

That's too bad. I remember that great suit you bought when you were something like 178.
You'll have to keep a bulking section and a cutting section....that's what I have

I have that too, but now I'll be lucky if my bulking clothes fit me after I cut! I think I can forget about all those suits I bought, because even after I cut I'm going to be 25 pounds heavier than I was when I bought them. There's only so much a tailor can do, ya know?

John,
Thanks much for your post on my board about your success w/both programs and your comparison shots. It was a very nice thing to read this a.m. while working and drinking my morning coffee.
You are truly, w/out any b.s., one of the nicest/congenial/dedicated/down to earth people I have ever met in my entire life.
Soooooo happy you and I partnered, I look back and think about why this didn't happen sooner? Then again, "everything happens for a reason" and this couldn't have been written any better.
CONGRATULATIONS TO YOU AND YOUR PHENOMENAL BODY.
~SC~ (Chris)

That is quite an improvement over one year in mass on the delts/traps/shoulder region. Nice vascularity also coming out in the photo.
