What an incredible workout tonight! I still can't believe I'm cutting right now.

My arms were 17.25" at the end of my workout and I felt STRONG and had plenty of energy! I know I'm just going to explode when I start bulking in a few weeks. I CAN'T WAIT!

In the meantime, I have a bunch of pictures. Most are post-workout - I think one is during my workout.

First up, 1FastGTX - these are for you! I don't think I look very good doing this pose. I just don't have the thickness for it. Plus I screwed it up (big surprise, right?! ) Anyway, for what it's worth, here are my "Arnold" poses from the front and the rear...

My back is showing some nice improvement - my mid-back especially. All those rows and deads are starting to pay off. Again, wait until my bulk!

Lats, traps, and back in general are definitely coming along! Looking better than ever! Your arm is looking beastly huge in that left side tri pic!

I just noticed that you have a pretty low lat insertion point. Not the best genetics for lat width, but great for swimming as you experienced back in the day! There's nothing quite like overcoming one's own genetics and I know that's one of the reasons why I've continued to play this iron game.
