OK, I might as well come clean...
Skip and I are Superheros, and we fight crime.
By day Skip is a mild-mannered Technical Coordinator, carefully hiding his true identity behind an Erkel-like facade of extreme dorkiness. John is a tired and hapless network jockey who rarely leaves his home.
But at night, when the creeps crawl out from their holes and descend upon our fair cities like a rancid curse, Skip and John become:
Narcissist Man and Transformation Boy!
Narcissist Man has incredible Superhero traits, like chiseled abs and... um, chiseled abs. His main Superpower is blinding flashes of light from the dozen or so cameras he always carries with him.
Transformation Boy is a fighter - and not just another wannabe pugilist from Palookaville: he's a 4th degree White Belt in the mystic art of Ninja cage fighting. Much like Robin, he doesn't have a special power. But at least he gets to hang out with Narcissist Man and take his picture!

Superhero training continued tonight with a great chest and abs workout. I had a nice pump going in both areas. I'm down to 8% body fat now - abs are starting to look pretty tight. Maybe one day I'll be able to bounce bullets off them, just like my partner in anti-crime, Skip.

Seriously, you might not be able to tell, but I'm sitting in that picture and I wanted to get my arms in there so I folded them on my lap. They have to go somewhere. That's my story and I'm sticking to it.
My trouble spot is still, well, a lot of trouble. It's there. It's especially prominent late in the day, but in the morning it's not that bad.
You'll see a full body shot on Saturday when I take my monthly pictures. I'm about as lean as I've ever been. Hopefully another month on SGX will get rid of the fat below my belly button.
