Yikes. I'm sure most of my evidence is has been destroyed at this point ... though I still have a compilation album and cover at the office that people get a kick out of ...
I had the same Carvin head ... couple of Ibanez axes ... same stuff!
Still have the guitars somewhere, but I prefer playing the crappy old Peavy Tracer that cost me a buck and a half or so, once upon a time. If you still screw around with the guitar, I really recommend the little Roland Microcube for having fun with ... $125 with a ton of amp models and effects built in ...
Fortunately I cut my hair and threw out the spandex zebra print ...

It's hard to believe I'm cutting right now, because my energy levels in the gym are through the roof! Working out at night seems to agree with me.
I just finished my first SGX bicep/tricep/delt workout and it was awesome. I had a great pump going, and I can tell that my body fat is getting lower because my vascularity has improved a lot over the past month. Here are some pictures I took a few minutes ago...

Don't laugh at this, ok? I'm going to get a little sappy.
Earlier this morning I was looking at the pictures I took last night, when the full imapct of how much my life has changed over the last 3 years hit me. The feelings struck me all at once, and they were overwhelming. I put these two photos next to each other on my monitor and, for the first time in many years, I cried.

Nice John! I look at my pics for 4.5 months ago... it's amazing how transforming your body can change your attitude... and I haven't reached my goals yet... you're a great role model.
When are you going to write a book about your fitness journey? Or have I missed that? I can just about imagine you on Oprah (Bob Greene look out!).
