fruit before bed?
I usually eat some plain tuna and a piece of fruit before bed. But, is it bad to have the carbs that are in the fruit before bed? I mean, just the tuna plain isn't really satisfying. I mean, I love tuna sandwiches, but tuna plain is pretty nasty. But, having a nice piece of fruit afterwards makes it worth it. But, I've heard a lot of people on this board saying that carbs before bed is a bad idea.
