Wow. I'm glad I get to be the first person to say that that is an amazing transformation. Great job. I have new inspiration to keep this up. Thanks, Jeremy

Outstanding work!! Congratulations on your transformation. Looks like you are ready for the beaches this Summer. What are your plans now -- are you going to bulk or maintain???

I'm ready for bulking!! Since december I was saying that in January I would start my bulking. Last week I couldn't go to the gym (I had holidays and went to London), so this week I'm doing my normal routine to readapt, and probably next week I'm starting the long awaited bulking program!!

The truth is that in June I had a shoulder injury (like John Stone ), and I haven't been able to lift 100% since then, but now is getting better and I hope it won't give me any more problems, so I'm gonna start adding weight... I'm also thinking about taking creatine.

Cheers

Heck of a job man you look totally different. Do you have any specifics on your weight loss, like starting weight and diet and exercise.

Nice progress! It's funny, if someone told you back then that it would take 10 months, that would have seemed SO LONG. But now, it seems like a pretty short time, doesn't it? Seeing that kind of change over 10 months really puts into perspective what can be done over several years, if you stick with it. Anyway, super job!

Thanks stonerebel for the nice words. My starting weight was 97 Kg (214 lbs), but the first picture I think is around 94 Kg (207 lbs). My weight last time I checked was 76 Kg (167 lbs).

You can check diet and exercise on this link: http://forums.johnstonefitness.com/s...6&postcount=12

Cheers

Thanks slush_puppy!. The truth is that it could have been better. I mean, I was doing great until end of June, but then I injured my shoulder badly, I couldn't move my right arm, and couldn't even sleep because of the pain. I had to have my arm on a sling for almost two months. I couldn't run becouse my arm would hurt, so I thought, OK, let's let it recover and start again. I kept eating properly at first, but later I became lazy, and started eating crap. So after two months, I made a big step backwards (I didn't get as fat as when I started, but somewhere in between February and June).

So in September I started again to go to the gym, eat properly, and keep my routine. And I got really good results from September to December. When I have time I'll post pictures from March -> July -> September -> December, then you'll see that actually I got so out of shape between July and September.

The most important lesson I learned is that you have to stick with it, forever, not worrying about time, and if you have any problem/injury or whatever that keeps you off and gets you out of shape, don't demoralize, and as soon you fix it, continue your routine as it nothing happened.

Cheers
