Hey everybody I've been posting on these forums for awhile, you can check out my journal in the journals section (home body fat test-failed).

29 pounds so far. My goal is 175, so only 18 more pounds to go !

Great work!

Something jumps out at me though...is that your normal posture? Your chest is kind of low and your shoulders are slouched forward. I don't mean to criticize, just encourage, as I've always had posture problems myself. Compound back exercises helped quite a bit, though I still have to consciously work it. A more upright posture will make you look healthier and more confident!
