Default navy seal workout

What would the navy seal workout do for me -just make me more athletic, help me lose a load of fat and become more athletic, or would I turn into a mini rambo? (i consume about 2300 cals a day)

I am thinking of doing this routine but replacing the pushups with db presses and also doing bb squats.

Please advise,Thx (stats 167lb 5` 8")
