Is this good or bad?
I noticed for the past 3 weeks of working out my abs something is happening.
I noticed that the mass of my stomach is grouping in the middle. There seems to be a hollow part now at the sides of the tummy. I can actually see the bottom of my ribcage at the sides.
And i feel soreness somewhere below the right and left side below the ribs.
Sorry if this sounds like a newbie question, but i just wanna know if there is a mistake in my abs exercises?
