Default Accounting for Incomplete Proteins

Does anyone know of an info source that helps you account for incomplete proteins in a diet?

For instance, we all know how to count the grams of protein in complete protein sources (meat, eggs, dairy, etc.), but what about meals that include foods with complementary amino acids? I know that in a meal of rice and beans, the amino acids from boths foods combine to form complete proteins. Any suggestions?
