Note to Reeze i noted you wondered where to take shoulder dim, i'm no expert but went around both shoulders at BCG (injection level).
Have only trained lightly twice in last seven days due to some pain around lower ribs and some slight bruising in this area, have not dropped anything on chest so can only assume that i have strained something. Chest feels better today though still slightly bruised, aim to train tomorow and resume normal programme.
Have still had a huge appetite though which i have devloped over past two weeks, have not accuratley counted calories (Is not something I really want to start doing re calorie counting). Am eating alot more protein namely nuts and meats but also a conssiderable quantity of milk and cheese. I estimate that i'm eating approx 170 grammes of protein aday so about 1 gram per lb of weight. Although am considering supplements to limit calories a bit as stomach/waist has lost a little definition.
Reeze with the exception of waist and chest our dims are remarkably similar and would explain our twenty pounds difference.
