holy shit squatting 62.5kg on the bar taught me another lesson.
i have to pause after each rep for some secs and hardly got two sets of 8 reps...

yeah i see what you say well i managed to squat 80kg for 4 sets of 8 reps
and legpress 108,75 for 3 sets of 10 and 110 for one set of 12.
BADASS leg workout, it was greatest !
