Im curious would it be possible to do SWG program eating military food?
Is it a rip off or no? Has anyone tried any of hes products?

To 190lbs and 18% or lower in 5 months.
My cardio will consist of walking/jogging/running 5 times a week.
To be physically ready for whatever grueling training they can send me through in US NAVY Seal 6 month training :)
And drop my weight of course.
But I will be conditoned right?
Morning: 45 minutes cardio on stationary bike.
That Night: Upper body workout.

Considering when I done this program I gained muscle and endurance with the proper diet I dont see the problem.
