      Sorry...I meant the obvious benefits of quitting. I really need to give it up, and my wife would be more proud of me quitting that than she is of my transformation. lol. How did you quit?

      Benefits? I never really experienced any benefit due to chewing (dipping). I know that nicotine has an effect on heart rate and blood pressure, but I never saw any difference with or without it (cardio related). When I quit dipping, I wasn't lifting, so all gains have been without tobacco.

      I was reading in your journal that you use to chew tobacco...other than the obvious benefits, did it affect your workout? Just asking because I myself currently chew and most of the time...i'm doing it while I lift lol!
