Hi There Kino, Thank you for your reply,(hope dont mind me sending through your visitor messages,) I joned the forum few days ago, and i have read lots of your posts, on the powertec, wich i must say makes fantastic reading, & you seem pretty well clued up, thanks for that advice, i guess its kinda true really, I was just a little curiouse about them long handles on bodysolid, by the way that statement on starbucks is funny. Thanks again.

Hi Kino. You seem to know a bit about power-tec,may be you could give me your 2cents worth. I am a dedicated natural bodybuilder looking to setup my own home gym, along with the powercage-free weights etc, im looking into purchasing a heavy-duty leverage multi gym, I had my sights set on powertec multi gym, but after reserching i am leaning 2wards bodysolid-powerlift,. Do you have any insight on this, can they take serously take a heavy duty pounding, your input would be appriciated.
